RV & Lotus Day at Kitty Hawk - 30 September 2012

Perfect weather ensured another well attended RV & Lotus Day at Kitty Hawk on 30 September 2012. RV attendance was one again in the double digits but with so many RVs in South Africa today I think that there should have been more. The Lotus component was much larger with more than 30 beautiful machines present on the day.
Different RV models were on display and included a few RV-7s, two RV-8s, two RV-9s and Paul Quick's pristine RV-4. It was rather disappointing that no RV-10s flew in for the event.
There were also different Lotus models, some older than others but all of them cherished by their owners and admired by all the visitors.
An absolute fun filled day and I will certainly join them again next year.
